1. Spring Wildflower: this honey has a mild, pleasing flavor and smooth texture, perfect for eating fresh.
2. Summer Mountain: this honey was produced by my bees in the mountains near Boone, NC. It contains basswood and sourwood, with a bright, floral flavor followed by a buttery, caramel aftertaste. This is my personal favorite.
